You travel by car through Hamburg to the ferry in Puttgarden, through Danmark to the ferry in Helsingör or to the bridge in Kopenhaven and from the south of Sweden to Råda/Uddeholm.
Route
Hengelo – Osnabruck - Bremen – Hamburg – Lubeck - Ferry Puttgarden – Rodby (every half hour: 45 minuts sail) – Kopenhagen - Ferry Helsingör – Helsingborg (every 20 minuten: ca. 15 minuts sail)
(or Rodby – Kopenhagen – Öresundbridge - Malmö - Helsingborg) Helsingborg - Göteborg – Uddevalla, right on road 44 to Trollshättan/Vänersborg; left on road 45 to Karlstad. Near Karlstad take road 62 (direction Hagfors), just after Råda Rådastrand Camping is on your right side. Uddeholms Hotell is a about 4 km further. Continue on the 62, right to Uddeholm/Hagfors, road 246 after 3 km you reach Uddeholm. In Uddeholm take the first road to your right, (Hotellvägen), you will find the hotel after 200 m. As an alternative, take a slightly longer but much more beautiful road. On road 44, direct after Uddevalla, take the road 172 to Bengtfors. Just before Bengtfors turn right, road 164, to Åmål. In Åmål you return to road 45, take the directions Karlstad.
